After I pumped, I accidentally left breast milk out for 2 hours. Half was refrigerated and half was freshly pumped. It smells okay but wanted input on if I should keep it or toss it (mainly bc of the refrigerated portion). I hate to throw it away but.....
Thank you!

So What Happened?

Thanks for the replies. I was more concerned about the refrigerated milk sitting out, but it seems like it should be fine. I appreciate all the feedback!

My mom (a nurse) says the rule of thumb is that it can be left out at room temp. for 4hours. I'd say its fine- I'd keep it.
