I am looking for someone in the Frisco, Plano, Allen, McKinney area that is great with shorter hair. I have my hair cut like Jenny McCarthy and Katie Holmes and my current lady keep getting worse!
I am trying to stay under $40 for a cut. I've been paying $55 and I think that there is someone out there that could be lower. Please let me know if you have anyone that is very good and a little less expensive!
I go to a lady named Penny, she owns Penny's Salon on Ave. K in plano. She is really good and super cheap! She charges me $25 for haircut and style or $65 for highlights, cut, and style. If you take her a picture of what you want it to look like, she will cut it exactly. Good luck!
Sandi -owner of Premier Hair Studio in McKinney is great with short hair. She charges $37.50 for a cut plus an additional charge to blow dry. (Can't remember what that charge is) She has cut/colored my hair for 4 years and I love her. My hair is long. But she does several of my friends' hair in the exact style you have and it looks GREAT!
