Kid to Kid has maternity clothes. There is a new store at macarthur and 635.

A lot of the kid's shops also carry maternity clothes. You might call them and see. A couple moms already mentioned Kid to Kid.
I wasn't able to find a lot second hand, but found plenty of affordably priced stuff at Old Navy/Gap, Kohl's and Target. The Gap at North Park mall has maternity in the store, and the Old Navy in Frisco carries maternity. Otherwise, it's all online.

You can find some great deals on "NEW" Maternity clothes at OLD NAVY in Grapevine Mills, and you can also find a big selection of "GENTLY USED" clothes at KID to KID in Highland Village.
