2 Year Old Girl's Blue's Clues Party

Does anyone have any ideas for a B.C. party? I've bought everything I can find at the party store, but what about activities? Is there anyone who dresses up as Steve or Blue?
The party is Sept 23...

What can I do next?

My daugher's 3-year-old party was Blues Clues, too. If you haven't already bought invitations, you might like this idea. We sent out 4 invitations to each guest. Each of the first three was a clue as to who's birthday party they were invited to. The last had the answer and all the information about the party. We also played a game of Blues Clues at the party with the notebooks we ordered. I also printed Blues Clues coloring sheets off the internet and provided crayons so the kids could color. If you're interested, I have a Blues Clues blow-up chair that I'm getting rid of. You're welcome to it if you want to pick it up. It's out in Lisle at my dad's right now. You could use it as a "thinking chair" for the party.

There is a fantastic website www.birthdaypartyideas.com that has every idea under the sun and more...I'm sure there are some Blues Clues ideas. People submit their parties they have done (everything from food to games to goodie bags etc.) and they are organized by subject or title. You might want to check them out...I use them everytime I plan a party (I have done a princess 1 year, a cowboy 1 year, a lego 10 year and I am planning a tea party for a 5 year old). Hope this helps!

There is a great website: www.birthdayexpress.com that has a lot of birthday party accessories (including activities, favor boxes, etc). I saw a Blues Clues and Blues Room party listed - so you may want to check it out.

When my daughter turned two I made her the blues clues cakes off of this website:

http://www.dltk-kids.com/Crafts/cartoons/bluecake/index.htm

I don't really bake much but it was worth it!
I made both the doggy pawprint cake and the cake of Blue.
I didn't have many kids at this party or I think I would have maybe done a Blues Clues scavenger hunt. You could draw pictures in little notebooks of the things the kids need to find or put little paw prints on them? Maybe let them make sock puppets like they do in several of the episodes. Hope this gives you a few starter ideas anyway.
Good luck and have fun!
