Stellar Therapy Services was started by Melissa Christopher, OTR in 1999 out of her diligence to put her life, her family as the focus. She believes people should be able "to work to live not live to work". Proud Mother of three, Melissa has built a therapy staffing company in which allows not only herself, but all her employees (40+ and growing), to set their hours, schedules and yes even their own vacations. She "gives back" to her employees in a mulititude of ways, including education assistance, and financial planning assistance.
