Blog in support of resources, tips, tools and techniques for parents and siblings of developmentally delayed individuals from a mother's perspective. I am not an expert. But, I have had 17 years of experience in jumping through hoops, wading through red tape, attending seminars, seeking professional help and living day to day with a son who has Asperger's Syndrome, OCD, ODD, ADHD and Bi-polar. My intent is to be a support and possible lifeline to those just starting on their journey. My blog is new, as of 2/10 and constantly under construction to make it a more friendly place to go for helpful links, support or a friendly shoulder. I'd like to share the information and tools I have learned along the way to make a parent's journey less bumpy.
