Party Venues for a 4 Year Old Girl in the NRH, Keller, Hurst Area

Hello all, I am trying to plan my daughter's 4th birthday party, and am a little stuck on venue ideas. Last year we held a dress-up, princess party complete with unicorn rides at our home, but because our home is comparably small, it was very cramped and crowded, and the heat while waiting to ride the pony was intense. So, we need to do it elsewhere this time around. We know it will be in mid-to-late June, so too hot to be outside and there will be approximately 15 3-5 year old boys and girls in attendance. The problem is, we know what we don't want, but aren't really sure what we do want. We don't want a bounce house party, and don't want to spend a fortune on something like Sweet & Sassy. I'm looking for something a little more unique, and my daughter is a bit of a typical four year old American girl with a love of princesses, Pink and Purplicious, animals, singing, and superheros.

I haven't even been able to call any places of late because I have severe and unfortunately long-lived laryngitis, so I'd truly appreciate any suggestions, experiences, and feedback any of you may have. I wrote down something called "House of Chix" mentioned in another post and am even going to call some local McDonald's to see what they have to offer, when I can talk, again.

Thank you, and I look forward to reading your suggestions.

What can I do next?

Most 4 yr olds love water and since the party will be in late June you know its gonna be hot. NRH2O does parties and it is set up for small kids.

ASI gymnastics does a great party!!! My daughter had her 5th birthday party there last year, and she liked it so much that she wanted it there again. The party hosts/gymnastics coaches are lots of fun and do fun games with the kids and do a wonderful job of making the birthday girl feel extra special. The kids always seem to really enjoy themselves. One of the things I like about ASI, too, is that they let you bring outside food, drink, and snacks in outside of just cake. The kids get an hour on the gym floor with the party hosts and then there's a half hour in the party room. A half hour doesn't seem like much time, but the party hosts are really fast and efficient that the kids are able to eat cake and snacks and open presents within that 1/2 hour (They even write down a list of gifts and send it home with you, so you don't have to worry about that either.) They also have an extended party option, too. We've just always done the standard package.

Shaved ice is always a great treat for outdoor (and indoor) events. When the heat rises, it helps cool you down! Parties start at just $50 for up to 25 guests. We can even customize our 25 flavor menu to fit your theme.

Hope whatever you decide that it turns out fantastic!

Have you been to paradise pond in Grapevine?...indoor play area, pretend kitchen/grocery, dress up, ride on toys, bounce house and a toy car area. They book really far in advance, but they mentioned that week day parties are often available.I was also given the impression that when you rent it for a party, you have ti to yourself. http://www.fbcgrapevine.com/groups/children/paradise-pond/

Have you considered Little Gym on North Tarrant Parkway? my son went to a party there - they got their tumble out and had a blast -- you may also want to call girlie girl (town center lane in art house) - they have parties that start at $99; and a "karoke" (sp??) party room, art project room as well as the beauty salon room!!!

Check out the Keller Pointe. They have an indoor pool and outdoor pool, lazy river, and other fun stuff. It's much smaller than say, NRH2O but great for 4year olds (and older kids as well). They have party packages with a party room and assistant. We were very pleased with it.
