Need Referrals for an Affordable Painter and Landscaper

I think I have the perfect people for you. Fresh Look Interiors and Exteriors is a company owned by another Mamasource member and has all great reviews on the "local business reviews" page. Angela and her crew have redone my flagstone patio for me and did an excellent job. Her husband does the painting side of their business and I think their main focus is readying homes for resale. Call Len Vinsko. He has been doing work for me, my mom, and my grandmother for several years.
###-###-####. He is very reliable and very well priced.
He does not do landscaping but he may know someone who does. He recently fixed a soffit at my house and painted my mom's house. He did a wonderful job on both.

Congratulations on the new baby! We love our painter, Enrique. His company is called Rodriguez Painting and his number is ###-###-#### or ###-###-####. He's not the fastest because he has a small crew, but he's a really hard worker and I felt completely safe at home with my baby with him and his guys around. They spent lunch doing bible study on the porch! (Speaking of, if you get his voice mail, it's likely to be a really long religious message in Spanish. That's him - leave a message and he'll call back.) His English is limited, but we communicated well enough for him to understand what I needed and for me to know what to expect. So, not the most professional in the world, but cheaper than most, trustworthy, and a hard worker.
