I Can't Update My Profile?

I emailed mamapedia about it a couple of months ago. They said to go under my kids also. It did not work. Maybe grandma T is right, i am using chrome.

Otherwise i am going to try Ephie's trick :)

Okay, see up there in the left hand corner? In the light blue banner, there is darker blue lettering. For me it says Olympia, WA, for you it will say Butte, MT, (or whatever city and state you live in).

To the right of of that is a link in small letters: (change)

Press on that. It will take you to the editing section of your profile.

I'd been having problems doing it myself, I tried for over a week, same ways others have said. I was finally able to get in a couple of nights ago, I changed my photo and went to bed. When I tried to get back in yesterday, no dice. Guessing it's a glitch in their system, just have to keep trying ; )

Mine's been like that for over a year. Some people's froze for awhile and they fixed it... for others of us... no dice. Permenantly broken link. Ephie has the GREAT backdoor trick, though!

On my IPad I have to long press it and open it that way. On the computer, right click and see if you can open it in a new window.

I can only update mine if I open it with internet explorer, it wont let me update with chrome. Dumb.

So annoying :(
I finally emailed mamapedia (something I never did before) and they told me to go to my account, and click on the "my kids" tab. When you do that an "edit my profile" link that actually works will appear, click on that and you are good to go!
REALLY surprised they haven't fixed this yet. Very unprofessional!!!
