My grandparents are coming to town this weekend and the whole family will be together. Their 59th wedding anniversary will happen while they are here and we thought about doing something special. Any ideas? We don't want to plan a big party or anything, just something special with their immediate family. Thanks!

i would have a nice dinner and a cake. I would find some photos that have been taken over the years of them and family and decorate with them. Make them a new scrapbook also of the photos. Have every guest write a special memory and have them read with the cake serving. Good luck

I'd order a cake from Sweet Temptations; they are located in Franklin, TN. They do custom cakes so the cake can be done in any kind of shape, size etc. Not only do they look great, they taste wonderful! Phone number is ###-###-####. Her website is www.sweettemptations.biz. My parties or special occassions aren't special unless it has a cake from Sweet Temptations.

It sounds like you should order a nice cake and have a potluck type BBQ. That would be a great gathering that they would enjoy.
