I use Rudy Riddle, 214.676.1703. I have 30 plus rental properties and Rudy takes care of painting, carpentry, new tile and/or laminate floors, etc. Recently he did all the work on a house that I remodeled from the ground up and did an excellent job. I use a great guy on all my rental properties and listings. Call Conrad at 214.783.1936 he does a great job and is very very neat. He just finished the outside of my personal home and will be back in a week to paint the inside.
