I was wondering if anyone knew of a great Obgyn in the North Tarrant County Area? I went to an office in South Arlington for 11 years and it was too far to drive. When I was pregnant with my son and I had some issues. When I got pregnant the second time I switched to a new doc and she was fine until I lost the baby. After that I seemed to be a very low priority and we are still trying 6 months later to get pregnant again. I am getting pretty frustrated.
Dr. Charles Langham is located in dwtwn Fort Worth and is wonderful.

this website will let you search for him and get patient ratings and info on him. I hope this helps. I have used him for over 10 yrs now and I love him.
Try dr Diane Hughes she's wonderful! She's located in Dallas. My daughter and I have been going to her for several years and whenever my daughter has problems she sends Dr Hughes and E-mail and she always gets back with her.
I go to Linda Prentice at The Woman's Group at Harris Methodist HEB in Bedford. Their website is www.thewomansgroup.com. It is a practice of 4 women. They have a practice in Bedford and also in Southlake. I had a high-risk pregnancy and Prentice was great -- she really knew what she was doing, and I owe it to her that my son was born at 36 weeks, healthy. Their number is 817-684-5002.
I would highly recommend Dr. Katrina Allen in Grapevine. She's with Women's Integrated Healthcare (www.wih.cc), which is a group of 4 female doctors. We experienced issues with fertility, and Dr. Allen was receptive to my concerns and referred me to the specialist that ultimately helped us get pregnant with IVF. Dr. Allen was wonderful during my pregnancy and delivery.
Wonderful doctor and great personality. He saved my sister's life and delivered her last one. I moved to Grapevine and never shopped around. I've had two surgeries with him, and he is wonderful!

I used Dr. Micheal White in Keller and he also has an office in Grapevine. I really adored him and used him for having both of my children. I had a very difficult pregnancy both times and had one IV in my arm and one in my leg the entire time. He and Hid STAFF ( which is the people you deal with the most) were awesome. He delivers at Baylor in grapevine and he is just a very sensitve man and alot of people here in southlake use him. I also had to have a hystorectomy and he was fabulous during all of that as well. I highly recommend him! Good Luck
I too like Dr Langham, but he is no longer doing OB. He told me recently that if you aren't an established patient and already pregnant, than you are out of luck. He is referring to Dr Karen Benz, who now shares his office. Some of my friends have gone to Dr Benz and they love her. She delivers at Baylor All Saints, and I think Harris in downtown Ft Worth. Her number is 817-927-9100.
I highly recommend Dr. Angelo Mendez or his partners, Timothy Rost or Troy New. Their phone number is 817-329-0389. Dr. Mendez has been my doctor for 18 years. He is very compassionate and kind. I dealt with many fertility issues and he was always willing to take the time to answer my questions. He delivered my 10 year old and my 9 month old...
The whole practice is great!

I use Dr Gordon at OMEGA OBGYN in Arlington. He is awesome. Any of the doctors in that office are great. I am 4 months along and he has been very supportive and just a pleasure to see-and you know how uncomfortable those exams are! Good luck! www.omegaobgyn.com This tells you a little bit about each of the doctors there.
I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Rost mentioned above. I have several friends who started going to him recently. I go to Dr. Doreen Moser at Grapevine Baylor and she is wonderful! She specializes in infertility too. Her phone number is 817.310.3789. Either Dr. will be great!
I've just switched to Dr. Michael White in Keller and so far have loved him. I too had my son in South Arlington and had some issues with my doctor at that time. It was scary to make the change, but I have several friends who referred Dr. White. His number is 817-741-2601.
The ladies at Women's Integrated Health are excellent. I lost my last at 33 weeks(I lived in TN at the time). I go to Dr. Cope now in Grapevine. The cause was undetermined for me, so she is going way over the extra mile to make sure I dont lose this one. Many of my friends see the other doctors too and they all say they are excellent! www.wih.cc. Dr. Cope also has her own website www.guide-to-womens-medical-health.com.
I think my doctor is great, and he delivered both my kids. His name is Dr. Micheal McCullough, and he is located in Grand Prarie near 360 and Abrams. 972-988-1588
I use Dr. Courtney Walters. She is next to Baylor Hospital in Grapevine. I have had two children with her as my doctor. The entire group is all women and I've really enjoyed my experience.
I also used Dr. Katrina Allen at Women's Integrated Healthcare in Grapevine. She is great!
I have had some similar experiences in the past and I found a doctor in the HEB area (at HEB Hospital to be exact) that I really like. All the doctors in this office are females and all seem to be really good. I saw Dr. Linda Prentice. They are located at 1615 Hospital Parkway and the phone number is 817.684.5002. www.thewomansgroup.com. You may want to call and see if they can help you out.
Good luck in your journey to get pregnant, it took me 18 months, and I'm now a proud mom to a very head strong 2 yr old little boy that was 2.5 months early!!!

I see Laura Bradford in Fort Worth. She is absolutley fantastic! I just started seeing her when I was pregnant with my 2nd. I had a mis-carriage only 3 days after finding out I was pregnant, called her office early that morning (before they opened), left her an emergency message and she called me right back. We talked for nearly twenty minutes even though she had never actually seen me. She said that she was working at the hostpital that day and that she wanted me to go straight to her office so that her nurse could check me out and they could draw my blood. I went back the next day to meet with her and she was so nice. She knew exactly what to say in my time of sorrow, I really don't know what I would have done with out her. She herself has had three miscarriages and so she really does know the pain and heartache that we go through when that happens. I urge you to give Dr. Bradford a call, you won't regret it. Call her at 817-926-4118
I'm sure you'll get all sorts of responses on this, but I absolutely LOVED my OB/GYN - Dr. Read at Texas Healthcare in North Richland Hills. I had twins 10 months ago and I don't have a single negative thing to say about that office: They were always super friendly, took an interest in ME (not just my babies), the doctor never made me feel rushed to get out all of my questions out before he had to go on to the next patient, and everytime I called with anything that I felt was wrong, they would always tell me to come in and would tell me to come in right then - and they would work me in (and I didn't have to wait long). I miss all of them terribly as they became like family to me during my pregnancy.
Dr. Read works out of a Ft. Worth office 2x/week and the NRH office the remainder of the week. They're off of Rufe Snow.
I wish you the best of luck and please feel free to email me if you have any more specific questions.

Hi - I used Dr Alan Cowen, www.grapevineob.com they are located at Baylor Grapevine, and he is WONDERFUL. My friend had her 3 kids through him, and another one had her last two delivered by him.
I was very wary of Doctors, I am from England and doctors get involved in childbirth when something goes wrong - midwives do the majority.. but he was great.
