Recipes that use canned chili

So my very favorite chili (with beans) is on sale and I bought about 50 cans. We either eat it with melted cheese and crackers...or my quick go to is Chili mac: make 2 boxes of mac n cheese, add 2 cans of chili and heat and eat.

I also make chili from scratch but this brand was more than 50% off so I stocked up.

Does anyone have any easy recipe ideas I could try?

We make Chili "boats" which is basically nachos.

Scoops Chips onto a baking pan
Put chili in each one
Sprinkle cheddar cheese in each one
top with anything else you like...black olives?

bake at 350 for 10 minutes or so

Top with guac, sr cream, salsa, lettuce- whatever flavors you like

Chili is good over baked potatoes, with some shredded cheese.

Added:
Also Navajo tacos! Cornbread on the bottom, then chill, then shredded salad, shredded cheese, sour cream (or plain yogurt if you are a health nut), sliced olives... whatever you would put on a taco salad.

I will frequently use my leftover chili this way...

Heat the chili, and put in a casserole pan. Top with shredded cheese, then pour cornbread over the top. Bake as the cornbread instructions say...

Yum!

Chili Dip (for use w/ nachos) - Cream Cheese, Chili, and Shredded Cheddar or Taco Cheese. Heat in microwave approx 4-6 minutes. Stir...best served while still warm but can be reheated later.

We like Hormel Chili w/out beans but with or without is fine.

We like to calorie splurge every so often, and do a version of tater tot casserole. We put the chili in a casserole dish (To get some kind of veggies in there, I usually add diced up carrots and mushrooms. You could also just have a veggie on the side.) sprinkle some cheese, line a bag of tater tots and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. I take it out and sprinkle cheese on the tater tots and bake for 5 more minutes. I like chili on baked potatoes, chili dogs, chili casserole http://allrecipes.com/recipe/chili-casserole/detail.aspx

Frito pies & chili dogs

Chili French Fries (Tator Tots)
Serve with Grilled Cheese
Chili Rice
Chili with side of potato salad
Chili and Eggs
Tamales
Cheese/Chicken Enchiladas (top with chili)
Chili and plain noodles

chili dogs - hot dog, bun, chili, cheese

What brand do u love so much?

What Malia said-- it's the ONLY way I like cornbread! You can also do in a jumbo muffin pan (with foil liners) to freeze and take to work for lunches!

Chilli dogs are a guilty pleasure!

Cincinatti Chilli (chilli and spaghetti)

Frito Pie and Nachos Supreme

Tamale Casserole

Spray large rectangular casserole dish with non-stick spray. First layer with approx 3 cups cooked rice. Next layer diced onions (optional), then a layer of canned tamales (heated). Heat two 15 oz cans of chili, pour over the tamales, and cover with shredded cheese. In the oven until all is hot through and cheese is bubbling. Quick, easy, filling, and oh so good on a cold rainy night!

My dad's favorite party dip, he call's it "Baby Shit Dip" = how perfect for a mama site..

In a crockpot heat 2 cans of chili with 2 -8 oz boxes of cream cheese. Serve with a variety of crackers or chips. Soooooo tasty.

Looks like you could serve bring this to every holiday party in your life for quite awhile! Don't you love a good deal?

tehehe, how bout pasties? Make or buy some pie dough, cut into circles, fill with chili, cheese, onions, peppers, whatever you like. Fold over. Press edges with fork. Maybe brush with egg or butter, sprinle a little S & P on top, and bake in the oven. Maybe 375 for 20 mins or so?
Maybe some salsa, guac, sour cream for dipping

:)

I use the can of chili, 1 block of cream chees, and a can of drained chili's...use it as a dip with tortilla chips :). So yummy!

I LOVE chili too, but did you check the expiration date? Also can you send us your chili from scratch receipe?

What I like to do with canned chili is add a little mustard, honey and soy sauce...about a table spoon of each per can...but I would start with a little less of each according to your taste. I served this to people without telling them what's in it and they loved it, but could not tell the "secret ingredients".

Blessings.....

My hubby thinks I'm sooo wierd, but I love HORMEL chili with no beans mixed with a 1/2 brick of cream cheese. Dip tortilla chips in it...DELISH!

For years my grandma used chili on top of her enchilida's instead of making her own enchilida sauce. GASP!! It was a shocker when the family found out her little secret!
You can use corn or flour tortillas fill with beef or chicken and cheese then top with chili and more cheese. Very good.

I think your family will be sick of it before all of your 50 cans are used up!!!
Blessings!

I don't cook. That being said, I do make an easy chili recipe that we all love. You line the bottom of an 8x8 pan with chili (or a larger dish if you're making a bigger batch), then cover it with shredded cheddar cheese, next layer a can of drained Mexi-corn on top of that and then finally top the whole thing with cornbread batter. Bake according to the cornbread instructions or until the cornbread is done. Do make sure to put the cheese under the corn otherwise it can be hard to tell if the cornbread is done. So easy and it's all ingredients you can keep on hand for those nights you need to throw something together or haven't made it to the store!

We love: Fritos, chili, more fritos, then cheese (frito pie) Sometimes sour cream on top! I might have to make that today! And a tamale pie would be good too. And chili cheese fries!

We take 2 cans of each of the following: chili(large can or 4 small), canned tamales and a can of corn.... heat until tamales are hot and start falling apart.
YUM!
