Party room or restaurant w/ BYOB?

My husband and I are both turning 30 in the next few weeks and are looking for somewhere (other than our house!!) where we can celebrate. Ideally I am trying to find either a restaurant with a party room, or somewhere with room rentals that will let us BYOB and cater food if it's not at a restaurant. I am having such a hard time coming up with something though. We are trying to keep costs down and want to stay in Dallas/Richardson/Addison. Thanks so much!

I saw that you don't have any responses yet so I will give you my small thought. There is a new sports bar that opened downtown on Main. It's only been open for like a month and it's still trying to get it's feet on the ground. I went once and my husband has been twice and really like it. In fact, I want to go back again for my bday in a week. lol Since it's new, the owner seemed very happy to have a bunch of people there last weekend for our friend's 30th bday party. Maybe call up there and ask what they could let you do there and work out? Since it's new I think they'd be more apt to do what you want in order to get potential new customers in there. It's called The One Eyed Penguin. Small sports bar, pool table, music box, small patio for the smokers. I really liked it. Just a thought. :)

This is tough to find. The liquor/responsibility laws in texas make it very difficult for an establishment to allow off premise alcohol. My husband and I used two places in Allen for engagement/rehearsal parties:
Tai Pan on Mcdermott is a small tai restaurant that is byob. There is not a party room and it seats about 40 people. Italian Villa on Greenville Ave in Allen has a party room and is byob.

Have fun!

There is a Campisi's in Plano off of Alma and... I think either 15th or Parker or Park. It's been a while since we've been there but when we went there they were BYOB. Don't know if they're still doing it though...
