Hi moms, as I am out driving around I’ve seen signs at the end of people’s driveway saying honey for sale. Of course now that I want to actually buy it, I can’t remember where they are. Anyone know local bee keepers that sell it?
Not sure who exactly had it, but the whole foods store carries a local brand called Ames Farm, I buy that when I cant get it at the farmers market. There is one in my town every Thursday that a woman comes and sells raw honey. Of course I never remember her name, she sells it in canning jars with a small card attached and at the moment I dont have it available. I will try to see again when I go. I am in South St. Paul.
I saw some at the St Paul Farmers market last Saturday morning. ![]()
Farmer’s Market is the perfect place to find local honey. I’m pretty sure most of them have at least one person selling it. I’m in Bloomington, and we have a small market every Saturday morning. There is a booth there. Depending on which part of St. Paul you are in, might be worth checking out, or look for another closer to home.
