looking for creative ideas for children's parade entry

I'm helping to organize a group entry for a kiddie parade. This year's theme is Hooray for the Red White & Blue. Any ideas? The kids will range from baby-7yr old. Usually the young ones go in strollers, wagons, etc. No motorized vehicles or pets allowed. We were thinking of doing baseball jerseys with our logo & the kids' names, but can't find any small enough to personalize. Just wondering if any of you creative mamas out there have any other fun ideas. (Last year we built a castle to pull & had all the kids dress up as kingdom characters, like princesses, dragons, knights, etc). Would like something fairly easy, but eyecatching!!!!

TIA!

Added-we are a Moms of Multiples group, it's just a small local parade that is fun for the kids to do! :)

What's your organization about? What is its goal/mission/reason for being? Can't come up with ideas without knowing who your group is.....

Okay so the theme is Red White & Blue?
How about dressing the kids up in those colors?
A few in red, few in white, few in blue?
They can hold flags.
You could pull a wagon w/a mini float built w/red, white, blue tissue paper or a mini flag pinata?
You could make a child a silver star costume out of cardboard (sandwhich style that they can put over their heads).
They could toss confetti or candy.
Older ones cold hold mini flags.
You could dress wagons and strollers for the babies in red/wht/blue streamers.
You could have a portable radio playing the anthem then maybe some music the kids would like and could dance to?

How about if you buy plain red, white, and blue tees and have them walk so that they form an american flag with their shirts? You could also do a statue of liberty float and have the kids dress like famous presidents.
