My 35 y/o brother has been in Houston in ICU for a little over a month. Our whole family lives here in the Dallas area. We were told yesterday that he could be in the hospital for up to a year. We are needing to see about getting him transfered to a closer hospital. We were thinking Baylor in Dallas, since there is a possibility that he will need a liver transplant. We need the name of an excellent liver doctor, and hospitalist. Any advice will be greatly appreciatied. Thank you in advance, and may God bless you.
So sorry to hear about your brother. Maybe this link can help:

HI Sonya,
I'm so sorry to hear the news of your brother. I am not from the Dallas area but there are many naturopaths there. My sister had NACL (non alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver) and was able to do a detox and save her liver. The medical doctors (3 different opinions) actually wanted to remove her gall bladder to help with the pain but the detox got the liver to it's proper function and her gall bladder is fine as well.
