Anyone have suggestions on how to find a local babysitter? Just need a responsible teenager for a few hours so my husband and I can go out together. We live in Vadnais Heights. I'm curious how to locate those teenagers that have taken the babysitter courses that are offered.
I think the American Red Cross is one place to start...they offer babysitter "certification". Some community education programs offer those classes too. Maybe also try the Girl Scouts/Boy Scouts since they may encourage course such as these as a way to earn a badge.
