My husband is looking for a good fishing lake where they will actually catch fish to teach our son all about fishing. Is there anywhere that your husbands go a lot. They are ok with traveling and are looking to make a weekend trip out of it for memorial day weekend.
You may want to try Pflugerville lake. I think they have a pier. Canyon Lake is just an hour from us and they have a large pond full of fish your little one will be able to catch!! Make a full day of it.
