Weight gain

Hi, there well I gain 45 lbs with my 2nd baby and it was hard. Before my pregnancy I used to weight 108 and after the baby I was a little over 150 and I am 5.3 tall so you can imagen. Well I stoped eating at 6:00 p.m. every day, and within 2 months I was 120lbs. Its been 5 months and I am back to 106 size 2 and I feel great. I was able to eat what ever during the day, but nothing after 6:00. The logic is that if you stop eating at 6:00 and you go to bed at 9:00 and weakup at 7:00 you didn't eat for almost 12 hours. And trust me you will see the difference the first week. If you feel you need to eat something eat an apple or a mango. This fruits are great and full of whater as well as vitamins. Good luck;

Hey , everyone i just wanted to say thank you , to you all for your wonderful advvice and tips . I have had a blast reading everyone’s input . I am continuing to eat right and take a little of everyone’s advice that i feel will help me out . I orederd some bile salt factor to help replace what my body is now missing . It’s been three days since i started my lil program and i already feel great . Once again , thank you . F.
