Thanks moms for all the tips! I’m going to try these to see if it helps when my nails grow out. I know it will take some time to recover from the damage the acrylics did, I had them on for 20 years! Ideally I would like to have my natural nails and keep them on the short side. I’m going to try taking a suppliment of either the nettles or gelatin and try one or more of the polishes too. I know I should wear gloves when cleaning but I never do so I’m going to try to get in the habit of that too! I’m in a professional business and I like to wear nice rings so I want my nails to look nice! Thanks moms and Happy New Year!!!
