Well, I have twins in my family. My twins are frat girls. They are 15 months old now.
I prayed for twins ever since I was a little girl. Even when I was 2 months pregnant, my girlfriend looked at me and said I was having twins. This was even before I had an official sonogram. I had sonograms twice a month because I was labled a "high risk pregnany" because of my age and that I was having twisn!
At 10 weeks, I had an unofficial sonogram and the midwife said she could see two separate sacks.
But, all along I knew I was going to have twins.
we found out through an ultrasound when i was 6 weeks pregnant. yeah! i prayed for twins!
well i only found out i was pregnant on july 10. so this past week i had bleeding and spotting and passed a blood clot. i honestly thought i was having a miscarraige. so my doc said come in we'll do an ultrasound. so i was thinking i was gonna get bad news. well sure enough the first baby was fine. the tech took the pics of it and then zoomed out. at that point she says oh there's another baby behind this one. I was like ,"what?!" i looked at my husband in disbelief here i thought we lost the pregnancy and now we are having twins! 12 weeks so far and both babies are doing fine. i am exhausted though! twins do not run in my family or my husbands. we concieved naturally.
So just one baby in there. I’m just off about 1 week not a big deal and no need to change due date.
