Would you or someone you know be interested in having a parent support group in our area that is sponsored by SENG.org - (supporting the social and emotional needs of the gifted)? If you have yourself or are in contact with a GT or 2e child then you know that this has numerous implications as far as decision making and parenting. I am wondering the need/demand number for such a group in our area because I am considering doing the training to become a facilitator. If the need/interest is low then it would seem futile on my part to initiate such an endeavor. I am envisioning the parent support group time occurring simultaneously with supervised child social/play time. Any feedback welcome. - Thanks -
