I love Gianna... aaliyah is beautiful but she will always have to repeat herself and spell it. Karina is pretty but gianna sounds better with your last name. Good Luck!

They are all nice! I think Karina is the most conservative so she'll run into less trouble with people mispronouncing it etc - I'd pick it. Gianna would be my second choice.

I think you have to pick the name that you all like the best. That being said, if you're doing a survey, I think Karina is pretty and easy for people to pronounce/recognize. It also has that alliteration of repetition too...the two "c" sounds in a row...sounds good. Good luck with picking the name!
