I am starting to buy real estate, fix them up and then re-sell them. I have many resources, but still seem to be lacking a solid and reasonably priced bricklayer. I have an opportunity underway right now that may need quite a bit of brick work. White mold/fungus like substance growing on brick - visible on one wall from both interior and exterior of house. Need estimate to see what it would take to fix this problem and opinion if it requires complete rebuilding.
