Hi Moms! A few years ago we purchased a foreclosure that was practically uninhabitable. It has hardwood floors that were stained from pets and whatever else the person before did to make them NASTY!! We renovated in less than 6 weeks and didn't have time to refinish and sanitize the floors ourselves, and just covered them with laminate hardwoods. Now we are ready to refinish. I'm seeking some great recommendations for trustworthy, affordable hardwood repair persons that can sand, sanitize, and refinish... as well, as do some gap repair, etc where we tore down walls.
