My mother and grandmother currently live in Mesquite in the home I grew up in. However, illness and other factors now make it impossible for them to stay there any longer. I am looking for a retirement community for independent living to relocate them to... My problem is that rent can not excede $1000 a month. I would also love to find a place that has housekeeping and meals (extra costs for these are expected). I would also like to leave them in a somewhat familiar neighborhood, like Mesquite, East Dallas, Lake Highlands, etc. Does anyone have any recommedations or advice? This has all kind of dropped in my lap in the past week and I'm scrambling to find a solution.
