remedies for morning sickness?

Hey! i know where you're coming from! I have two children and with my first i had morning sickness for three months until i tried a lemon water flush. Have a glass of lemon water for breakfast emediatly followed by a regular glass of water. Two hours after that have another glass of lemon water followed by a regular glass of water( do not eat during this entire process). two hours after that have just a plain glass of water and a half hour after eat lunch. TRY IT IT WORKS!

I had morning sickness 7 out of the 7 months that I was pregnant (my daughter was a premie- you can't tell it now but thats a different story) My doctor gave me a low dose of anti-vert and something like phenosomethingorother that was used to help me quit throwing up (I actually lost 20 lbs from not being able to keep anything in) I also lived off of mentos- the mint ones, not the fruit ones) chewing any sort of spearment gum also helped, something about the gum keeping my mouth moist? I still use the spearment gum trick when I have an upset stomach. hope it gets better and doesn't last your whole pregnancy like mine did! the good news is if it does- it stops when you deliver! :)

You may want to talk to your doctor about the Rx Zofran. They gave it to me when I was pregnant. I was so sick all the time so I had to be on home IV meds for 12 hours a day for six of the 9 months because I couldn't keep anything down.
Once it wasn't so bad and I went back to work they gave me the Zofran because it helps with nausea and vomiting but doesn't make you sleepy like phenergan or other nausea meds do. Without that I couldn't have went back to work!

I feel your pain with my daughter i was sooooo sick i was on home health care for 8 months with ivs all the time. i tried sea bands preggy pops flat gingerale everything... nothing worked... i tried the zofran pills desolve tabs and penagren nothing worked... i lost over 30 lbs and only gained 16 total when i was pg any way the thing that worked for me was zofran shots... didnt work totally but i was able to stop dry heaving... i still threw up everything i put in my mouth but was able to rest inbeween. the only thing is i dont know if they give the shots to just anyone. my grandfather was an obgyn for many years and talked them in to giving the shots to me.... i also tried 50 mg of vit b6 and 1/2 a unicom before bed that helped on the days it wasnt to bad... good luck i hope it gets better for you!

Hi, there is a medicine that your doctor can give you for the morning sickness. I had my doctor give me something that I could take while being at work b/c I was so sick. Luckly this pregnancy I wasn't nearly as sick with my first 2. This time it has been smooth sailing, Thank God!!!! Good Luck!!!! Oh and peppermint will also help.

Drinking No to morning sickness tea make me feel much better and it’s completely safe and preservative-free. Just lemon peel, chamomile and lemon are the ingredients of this tea.

First of all thanks to everyone for your advice. I think I might have the morning sickness under control for the most part. I tried chewing on mint gum while I was at work or just trying to keep some kind of candy around. I also started taking my prenatal vit. befor I went to bed and that seems to help a lot so thanks again everyon.
