I am astonished to hear the going rates for wills/trusts/etc, however, I understand the necessity. Has anyone used the Quicken Will Maker software? Pros/Cons? Thanks so much for your time.
I hope others respond!!! I'm curious to hear everyone's input too. I received a Suze Orman Will-Maker CD as a gift from my own mother (Moms!!! What can you say?) but haven't used it yet because I wondered if it would have the same legal significance as a traditional will drawn up by a lawyer.
