anyone have tips on how to sell a house besides the obvious (i.e clean, de-clutter, fragrance, put wine glasses in strategic places etc)?
Does anyone have experience with showings of their home, who can help w/ tips on how to keep it in perfect showing condition 24/7 with kids in the house..?
