Need a Mortgage Broker

Hi. We're trying to refinance or get a home equity loan to buy a car and the mortgage broker who was recommended to me hasn't returned my call. Does anyone have someone they've worked with that they like and is responsive? We live in South St. Louis City. Thanks.

My husband and I have had the same buy for the last 8 years and he's GREAT! His name is Brandon Armstrong and he's with Midwest Mortgage Capital the number is 314-787-2900. He helped us when we first bought our house, when we got into a bit of credit card trouble he helped us refinance and get them paid off. He's absolutly without doubt one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He sends birthday cards, Christmas cards, he calls to check in make sure the family's doing well too! He's worked with just about everyone in our family-my mother in law, both sisters, both brothers, and even my parents! You should really call him he'll help in anyway shape or form and he's quick! Let me know how it goes :) Jaime

Hi,

I don't know of a mortgage broker. I do not suggest you get a home equity loan to get a car or refinance. Why would you go to a credit union to see if you can get approved for a loan.

I defintiely with all the financing going on I would not make my home part of a deal.

Hi Chris,

I have not needed a mortgage broker in a long time but a fellow church member is a broker. I know his wife and kids well and they are very nice people. His name is Jim Uxa and he works with Plaza Mortgage Group 878-1001. Best of luck.
