We are closing on our house in just a few weeks & I need someone to get rid of the awful wallpaper in the baths & get the walls painted. They will only have a couple of days to get the job completed, so they must be very reliable & efficient. Also, the "professionally landscaped yard" has been let go so I need a gardener to whip it back into shape & then help with mowing & basic upkeep.
