Looking for a pediatrician with experience, but not so intensely set in their own ways. Prefer a physician that is easy to schedule with if your child is sick and won't make you wait forever and has a reliable answering/after-hours call service (not just an exhange- but someone who is also knowledgable in pediatrics.)
