Do you know who to call to fix this? Is it a speciality or just a standard plumber? I had Hurst TV & Appliance Repair out to fix my fridge (highly recommend them) and asked him about fixing that and he had no idea. So, I'm at a loss!
I just got on AHS and you only pay $60 for anyone to come out. I have had them before and it was great. They cover all your appliances and plumbing and electrical. You pay $42 a month and then if your a/c goes out which my neighbor paid $3,000 for when hers went out and also hot water heater. They do not cover the flood part but I think this service is worth it.Get on it then after awhile call them and have them send someone out. Or they may give you places. It sounds like the motor is out. Ginger W
I would call a pool builder and ask them who could help you. We have a hot tub in our pool so that might be a place to try OR you could call a jacuzzi tub retail place for a referral.
