Does anyone have a good house cleaning company they would refer to me for a one time move out cleaning? So many of the companies these days charge a large amount for one time cleaning, because they want you to sign a continuous contract. We are moving so we just need a company to come in and do a deep clean.

You could try Moxie Girl Household Assistants. On their move-out cleans they do a basic clean (sanitizing kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors, window treatments) or a deep clean (including inside and outside cabinets, inside the appliances, and more). They can also help coordinate getting carpets and windows cleaned if you need.

Try signing up on craigslist & localize it for the city where you currently live. For ionstance, I live in Louisville, Ky. so it was easy to customize craigslist to show me resumes or household services for ONE TIME cleaners in Lou., Ky. Just post you job need- in your case, it would be for a one time cleaning. Make sure you get someone who has no trouble with providing you A NON RETURNABLE COPY of references & a NON RETURNABLE SPOTLESS REPORT. If they really want to work with you, they'll understand why you ask for these. After all, it is the safety of your belongings at stake. You can try care.com as well & just follow the same steps.
