I am looking for inexpensive child birthing classes in the okc area and any suggestions for other classes a first time mother should take.
The prepared childbirth course at OUMC is really good. I'm really glad I took it and I still use the pain coping techniques we learned!
If you are delivering at Mercy they offer free classes...they cost 50 dollars if you aren't delivering there..It's a really great facility. hth:) Take care.
