I am in need of a handyman experienced in electrical and plumbing services. We have a leaky kitchen faucet and a slow flushing toilet. Also need a flat screen TV mounted with cable and electrical outlets moved so cords won't show. Also looking to replace a ceiling fan and to replace fan's current light kit with a chandelier (if that is even possible!).
