How to Treat Potty Training Carpet Stains

My 2yr-old daughter is potty training, and she of course has had accidents on the carpet. Can anyone recommend a good all-in-one product that will disinfect, remove odor, and keep the carpet from staining? I prefer natural products if at all possible. Thanks!

Sippy Cup Advice - Ones That Dont Leak

What kind of Sippy cup should I buy for my 8 month old baby? I bought Luv N' Care Nuby Two Handle Sippy Cup and paid like $7 for one of them and the thing leaks ALL the time. I only put water in the cup because of the mess it makes. I want to be prepared for when she turns 1 to take her off the bottle and only do the sippy but need to buy like 4 or 5 of them. I dont want to buy 4 or 5 leaky cup. Can any of you moms give me advice on which kind/brands to buy? I dont mind paying more as long as they dont leak.
