13 Month Old Is Only 19 Pounds

today we went to Braydens dr appt.. a well check.. well, when she put him on the scale and it said "18" pounds, she wasnt suprised, but inside i was like, What the? then when she came back with a different scale, i figured she WAS alarmed, but hadnt shown it. so on the digital scale he was 19 pounds. my son has been breastfed since birth, and he still nurses occasionally during the day, usually when he wants to go to sleep. i would say im more of a human pacifier than a food source. lol. however he does eat other things...gerber...

Elusive Sleep - Help!!

I've had sleep issues for years. I am a mature adult with an empty nest. I seem to just not require sleep. I don't have anything on my mind during my rest periiods so it is not related to stress. I've tried Ambien sleeping pills for 1 year but weaned myself and had horrible nightmares for 10 days. I've tried Melatonin 10mg of slow released. It helped somewhat. I drink one cup of coffee at 9am, and no other caffeine drinks. I am motivated to get out and do my regular exercise (walking and yoga) in the morning before the Texas heat...

19 Month Old Sleep Issues

My daughter has always been rocked to sleep. She's now 19 months old and still wakes up 1-3 times a night wanting to be held and put back to sleep. We've never let her "cry it out" for more than 5 minutes. She just gets louder and louder and then starts coughing and sometimes even throws up.
