High Allergy Baby- Is Neocate Formula Ok?

Baby Eczema Help!

my 4-month-old son has eczema all over his body, face and head. I used steroid to keep it under control. But once I stopped applying steroid, the eczema comes back, even worse. I had to use more potent steroid to control it. This condition has lasted nearly a month. He was mixed feeding, part breast milk, past regular formula.
