5 Year Old Becoming VERY Defiant...

My girls, ages 5 and 6, are good kids, REALLY good kids, until recently... and I'm a tough love mom. If the girls both get in trouble for something, my 6 year old immediately says 'Sorry mom, I won't do it again' and then she'll correct the problem. The 5 year old will just STARE at me with this ATTITUDE. If I ask her 'Did you hear what I just said??' and she'll kind of shrug her shoulders with the same defiant 'I don't care' attitude. I'll say 'MADISON! What do you say?!' and she'll finally roll her eyes and mumble 'yes ma'am'... WHAT IS...

Puberty at 7 ? ? ?

My daughter is 7yrs old (she weighs 49lbs) and has a lump on one breast so I took her to the dr today to have it checked out and the dr said that the lump was actually breast tissue growing. She said that its puberty. Anyone had this happen to their daughter this early? Seven just seems so early. (I'll be honest, I don't remember when I started getting my breasts when I was her age) Should I get a second opinion?
