What Week of Pregnancy Am I In???

I am very confused about what week I am in in my pregnancy. I am not able to go to the doctor for another month due to lack of funds and insurance problems. This is my third pregnancy, and it was a BIG surprise. My last period was May 26, but it was short and only dark brown. I had been feeling dizzy, sick, tired and starting to get a belly for the last two months. He is solo in his practice and the only one in my county that even entertains the idea of a VBAC (which I am determined to have), so he is it. I am 39 weeks along, so it shouldn't be too long now, I would just prefer it happen 'naturally' prior to his departure next week. This is my 5th (1st 3 were easy vaginal, last one was c-section due to a complete placenta previa) and with a vbac, inducing is not favorable. any ideas or things that have worked for you?...

2 Year Old with Broken Leg ... Help?!?

Last night I received a phone call from my son's child care. Apparently he tripped and another little boy stepped on his leg. He wouldn't let anyone stand him up. I got there (within 15 minutes), he was fine... but if I touched the spot on his leg, he screamed. I decided to head to the ER. The diagnosed him with a tibia fracture - he is in a temporary cast from his foot to his hip, and once we see the Orthopedic doctor he will be in a permanent cast. Right now, he can put NO weight on his leg ... I must carry him everywhere (I am also 6...
