Please Help, Our Going to Bed Routine Is Not Good.

Hi there my Angels called Mothers. Once again I am at my wits end with an Infant concern. My 11 month old is a good sleeper and napper once she gets there, but the problem is she can not get herself to sleep if she is alone. She always goes to bed after her last bottle, and at 3 months, this was no problem, but naps were. Now we've got the naps down better but right now the problem is everytime we lay her down and try to leave the room, she stands up and starts crying. Daughter Came Home from Camp W/ Hives

My nine year old daughter came home from camp with a HORRIBLE case of hives. The hives cover her entire body and in many places they are huge welts. My thermometer is not working, but it seems like she might have a temp. I don't know of any food allergies she has and am wracking my brain about what could have caused this. This is her first time at camp and I know maybe it could be nerves, but I wouldn't imagine that nerves would cause such a terrible case of hives! Have any of you ever had your children ever gotten a case of hives from...

I have mentioned this to my ob at both my appointments, and he dismisses it. Recently, it has spread to my hands. The itching is so bad at night, that I have trouble sleeping. I called the ob office and the nurse told me to take Benadryl so I could sleep and to see a dermatologist. Well, I must be the only person that does not get sleepy from Benadryl. And as far as seeing a dermatologist, I am in...

Acne Treatment for Lactating Mom?

Since I was a teenager my skin has been prone to breakouts. I've used a million treatments, with varying success. I am now 4 months post-partum and experiencing more breakouts than usual, but I am breastfeeding and know that most acne treatments are at least questionable as to safety for the baby. Has anyone had success with an acne treatment (natural or otherwise) that is safe to use while breastfeeding?
