How Do I Stop My Kids from Coming up and Sleeping with My Wife and I?

Every night around 2am at least one (if not both - 5 and 3 year old) of my kids come up with their blankets and teddy bears looking for a spot in our bed. I've been trying to understand why they are coming up (bad dream), then i take them back down to their room, comfort them and put them back to bed. This strategy is about 50% successful.

Sleepless Nights with a 13 Week Old

I have a 13 week old little girl. Her last feeding is around 11:30 pm - midnight. She hasn't been a great sleeper yet and lately she is waking around 3 am. She does not cry at first, kind of grunts and squirms. She seems to be frustrated from being swaddled. If I unswaddle her, her startle relfex is so strong that she can't go 5 mins without startling herself and then she can't sleep at all. After a few minutes of frustration she starts to cry. Weaning from Breastfeeding

My daughter is 16 months old and still breastfeeding, in addition to eating 'adult' food. She can drink from a sippy cup or bottle, and has started drinking cow's milk at school. I don't mind still breastfeeding her at this age, but the frequency of it is driving me crazy. She will sometimes eat, stop, eat, stop, over and over. She just got over a fever that she had for several days, so I would get up when she cried at night because it was a pretty high fever and I did what I could to make her feel better.
