19 Month Old with Yeast Infection

My 19 month old girl was on antiboitics for three weeks for her ear infection. Now she has a yeast infection. Her diaper is irritating her and she now has red bumps and pulls at her diaper. Her pediatrician said to put on an anti fungal twice a day and give her yogurt with live cultures (which she has always had daily). Has anyone had to treat this? Is there anything else I should or shouldn't do? I can only imagine how uncomfortable she is. Thanks.

This is the fourth day of this and I'm starting to wonder if it is more complicated than just diaper rash. Any thoughts or advise on how to care for this. She doesn't act like it is hurting her much, but it really looks...
