Small Oval Rash on 11 Month Old Neck

Last week I noticed a small oval rash on the back of my 11 month old neck. I took her to the doctor and they said it may be ringworm, but they were not 100% sure. Although it is not circular in shape, just red and oval (looks more like burn mark) l. I have been placing Lotrimin on the area as told by her pediatrician, but the rash looks redder and larger with the Lotrimin. Has anyone had this experience before? I will be taking her back this week if not better.

I know this might seem like a silly post but if someone gives me a good list, I'll actually go out and buy everything..really, I will! :) Thanks.

Eczema Diaper Rash? PLEASE HELP!!!

My 2 1/2 year old has a "diaper rash" that is not really a diaper rash. It is like severe acne, and it is only on the cheeks, not in the folds or anywhere else. She first got it at the beginning of the year, pediatrician said it was infected and gave us Omnicef (antibiotic) to help clear it up. This worked like a charm, but a month later, the "rash" was back. This time, a different pediatrician said that what she has is eczema, NOT an infection. He prescribed a steroid ointment. We used it for more than a week, making extremely slow...
