12 Month Old with a Stomach Bug

Last weekend was my son's first birthday. I think that someone showed up to his party with a little bug because now he's sick. It started on Sunday with vomiting and diarrhea and here is is one week later and he still has diarrhea. He will only nurse He'll sip on water or breastmilk but all other dairy makes him sick. 12 Month Old Allergic to Milk?

Hello moms! My 12 month old recently made the switch to organic whole milk. He has been having a major problem with constipation and then diarrhea. Then, after his milk this morning, he threw up. He's been on regular milk for about a week now and before he was doing fine on regular formula. (He was on Enfamil since i had to stop breastfeeding at 6 months.) Diapering Through the Night?

Hi everyone! My 8 month old is mostly sleeping through the night (yea!!!) but, a fair amount of the time, he wakes up with his clothes soaked in urine. poor guy!! I'm using Huggies disposable diapers, size 4. He weighs about 18 lbs, so the diapers are one step up already (the box says 22lbs) What else can I use to keep him dry through the night? Thanks!

What to Do If 2 Month Old Is Getting Constipated?

I have a 2 month old baby girl with silent reflux. It is getting much better now do to prevacid and switching her formula to soy. My dr had adviced us to try rice in her formula at first, which we tried but I just didn't think it was doing her any good so I took her off. I'm trying to find the best prenatal vitamin for me - and am having a very hard time. I've bought several - but haven't started taking any of them yet. The "TwinLab" prenatal seemed good but contains Polysorbate 80 in the "inactive ingrediants" and I have read very bad things about that. The Trade Joes prenatal looks good - but too hard to swallow. Help - My 13 Month Old Has a Bad Diaper Rash!

My 13 month old daughter developed a sudden diaper rash with two very raw areas that look like popped blisters (approx 2 cm in diameter)right where her bottom cheeks meet. Otherwise the bottom is red rashy looking. She has only had a little rash once before in her life, which healed completely within a few days. My son Nick is 21 months old and I have been having a few problems with him and I am looking for some ideas to control the problems. First off, like many kids his age he is hitting. Relief from Yeast Infection

Talked to doctor and was prescribed diflucan (had 2 doses, 7 days apart) which didn't clear up infection. Now using otc monistat 7 for yeast infection, but itching is unbearable. Vagisil helps for brief few hours but the itching is constant all day and night. I started eating yogurt and taking a Culturelle pill daily. Does anyone have any suggestions/medications/remedies to help alleviate the itching until the infection is gone?

Child Has Worms...

Okay, I am really ambarrassed to even talk about this because I feel it's somehoe my fault not to mention it's disgusting. Can't Kick the Congestion

My daughter had RSV back in January and then Feb 14 I brought her back in because her hacking persisted and temperature spiked back up again. She tested negative for RSV and they said she had an ear infection. She was on amoxycillan for 10 days. Her hacking/congestion still persist with runny noses. Problems with My 12 Month Old Drinking Both Regular Milk and Soy

I have a 12 month old little boy he was on ailimentum formula as an infant my Dr. swithched him first to Soy b/c he stopped wanting to drink the formula and he is 1 year old.
