When to Give Infant a Bath Everyday?

Hi all. I have asked questions before and you were all so very helpful. I have another question to ask. When do you start giving an infant a bath everyday? My daughter is 6 months old and I give her a bath every other day. She began to get craddle cap and the doctor told me not to wash her hair every time. The soap was drying out her scalp. I'm worried that if I bathe her every day that will happen to her skin. I put lotion on after every bath. Do you think it will be ok? Thanx so much!

Infant Eczema: Causes and Cures

My eight-month-old daughter has eczema, so she gets itchy red patches mostly on her cheeks, neck, and the creases of her elbows and knees. Her doctor prescribed a steroid cream, which helps a lot, but I hate using it on her. We have switched to a hypo-allergenic formula and tried all sorts of other lotions too. I would like to get to the source of this problem (possibly an allergy), but we haven't been able to pinpoint any singular cause. I would also prefer natural treatments if I can find something that's effective. Any advice?

Baby Shampoo for Dry Scalp

Hi! Ever since the weather turned cold, my 2 month old has had a super dry and flaky scalp. We currently use Aveeno Baby (the one with oatmeal) shampoo. It is obviously not moisturizing enough for winter. What is the best baby shampoo for a dry scalp? Thanks!

How to cure itchy head after cradle cap on infant?

I hope someone can help/or have experience with this. My 9 month old son had cradle cap as a baby that went away somewhat on his own (with help from me picking of course). Well for the past 5 months his head itches sooo bad that he scratches all day but most intense at night. For this reason he scratches himself awake every 3 hours at night (draining me!). I have seen 2 doctors and a dermatologist and all they keep giving me is steroid and pseudo-steroid creams that do not work and I refuse to keep using. I have tried olive oil, jojoba oil,...
