Hey guys, I'm so excited!! I found out I am pregnant. But I'm keeping it on the down low from everyone because I miscarried last time and just want to play it safe again this time. Last pregancy I miscarried in the middle of my 10th week. At that point I had already gained 12 lbs. I did have an out of whack thyroid problem that has been delt with since then so I'm pretty sure that did not help the situation with weight, however, I did go to town with eating. Weight Watchers and Breastfeeding?

I have a baby girl who is 3 monthes old and breastfed. I am really wanting to loose some weight... I am unhealthy at this point. However, whenever I try to cut back on the calories my milk supply is affected! I am wondering if anyone out there has done WW while breastfeeding? Any luck? Breastfeeding is WAY more important than loosing wt for me right now so I am wondering if it would be a waste of my time and money until I am done bf'ing?
