Milk and Dairy Allergy

My Daughter is 21 months old and we just got told she has a milk and dairy allergy. I have no experience on this type of allergy and would like to know actual things that she can eat. Everything I seen in the store had at least one of the ingredients in it that she is not allowed to have. So I am very confused on knowing what she can actually eat without getting sick. Any help would be appreciated.

So, I know that you wonderful ladies can make this a little easier by shedding some of your knowledge on me =) Thanks a bunch in advance! ~H.

What's Your Fave Peanut Butter Brand?

Costco sells, I mean "sold" Peanut Butter. It was Kirkland brand and we loved it and it was a good price too. They recently stopped selling it and now my husband is all stressed because it is essentially a main staple in our house. (He doesn't gripe about much but he's griping about this!) He saw "Skippy" on their shelves there tonight and looked at the allegedly all natural ingredients and saw "Partially Hydrogenated Oil" and he refuses to buy that anything with that particular ingredient in it. So, what's your fave PB brand and...
